Like all projects like this, if the plan and design is done correctly the construction phase should be smooth and take little of my input and this was the case. I particularly appreciated all of Rod's work liaising with the builder and consultants in the early stages of the project when it was in danger of going off-track. We only get positive comments regarding the "look" and the finish is of high quality.
